Refund Policy

How and when refunds are processed for Oste Parfums orders.
Eligible refunds
You're eligible for a refund if: (a) a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, (b) your item arrived damaged/defective/wrong and a return is approved, or (c) we're unable to fulfil your order.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund via UPI or bank transfer to details you provide. Where a coupon was applied, we refund the actual amount you paid.
Timeline
Once approved, refunds are initiated from our side promptly; your bank or card issuer may take additional days to reflect it. If it's been longer than 7 business days, write to hello@osteparfums.com with your order number.
